Destiny: alla Playstation-exklusiviteter för april-uppdateringen

Den 12 april kommer Bungie att pumpa ut en kraftig uppdatering till sitt Destiny, och med den kommer ett gäng Playstation-exklusiviteter. Under den förra veckan rapporterade vi om prickskyttegeväret ”Zen meteor” och nu berättar studions Community Manager, DeeJ, mer om vapnet och avslöjar vilka prylar och uppdrag som kommer att släppas exklusivt till Playstation 4 och PS3.

Det här är nästa veckas The Division-uppdatering

Nästa vecka uppdaterar Ubisoft sitt The Division, och nu har de delat med sig av detaljerna kring patchen.

Uppdateringen kommer inte bara att avlägsna buggar, utan spelarna kommer bland annat att få ett nytt uppdrag som kräver en level på 30, och är avsedd för ett team på fyra spelare med bra utrustning.

Ubisoft släpper The Division-uppdateringen den 12 april, och studion har publicerat hela listan över patch-noteringar på spelets officiella hemsida.

Veckans nyhet – handlar om Star Wars Battlefront

Electronic Arts och Dice onlineskjutare Star Wars: Battlefront har funnits på marknaden ett tag nu, och i veckan släpptes en färsk uppdatering. Detta resulterade i den förra veckans mest lästa nyhet här på PlayZine.

Uppdateringen levererades bland annat med den nya kartan ‘Twilight’ vilket utspelar sig på planeten Hoth nattetid. Dessutom utökades Survival-läget med uppdraget ‘Survival in the Ice Caves.’

Star Wars: Battlefront – februariuppdateringen är här

Spelarna har kunnat slåss i en galax långt, långt bort ett bra tag i Star Wars: Battlefront, och nu släpper Dice nytt material till sin onlinefokuserade rymdskjutare.

Den nya uppdateringen lotsas ut till samtliga versioner av Star Wars: Battlefront, och medan patchen implementeras kan servrarna ligga nere ett tag. Vi får bland annat den nya kartan ‘Twilight’ som utspelar sig under nattetid på planeten Hoth, och dessutom utökas Survival-läget med uppdraget ‘Survival in the Ice Caves.’

Vi får också ett nytt filter som som kan justera det visuella stilen och uppdateringen kommer även med en hel del balansjusteringar.

Additional Content/Functionality

  • General: Jakku DLC Content is being patched into the game, downloading it separately via platform storefronts is no longer required and can be deleted from your hard drives
  • New Map: Twilight on Hoth added to Walker Assault, Supremacy, Turning Point, Blast, Fighter Squadron, Drop Zone, and Heroes vs. Villains
  • New Mission: Survival in the Ice Caves added to Survival Missions
  • Turning Point: Jundland Wastes, Forest of Endor, Outpost Beta, and SoroSuub Centroplex maps added to the playlist
  • Attract Mode: GNK Droid added – GONK!
  • Settings: Turning off music in the Sound menu now turns off music everywhere in the game

Weapon and Star Card Changes

  • Primary Weapons: Damage against air vehicles increased by 10%
  • Bowcaster: Explosion damage increased from 10 to 15 per projectile and explosion radius decreased from 3 to 2.5m
  • Bowcaster: Full charge direct hit from 20 to 40 per projectile and a normal direct hit increased from 20 to 30 per projectile
  • Barrage: Damage increased from 50 to 55
  • Barrage: Cooldown reduced from 40 to 35s (normal) and from 35 to 30s (upgraded)
  • Barrage: First volley of grenades no longer disappear if the user uses the Refresh Power-up and then fires a second volley
  • Homing Shot: Lock time decreased from 1.5 to 1.2s
  • Homing Shot: Players in the AT-GAR turret now receive on-screen notification when locked on
  • ION Torpedo: Speed increased from 350 to 380m/s and turning angle increased from 120 to 125 in order to more easily hit air vehicles
  • Pulse Rifle: Movement speed while aiming decreased by 30%
  • Tusken Cycler Rifle: Movement speed while aiming increased by 40%
  • Tusken Cycler Rifle: Bullet speed increased from 300 to 450m/s
  • Orbital Strike: Fixed bug where it sometimes would not trigger on button press

Vehicle changes

  • A-Wing: Increased hit box size
  • A-Wing: Now properly takes damage when colliding with an AT-ST while having the Shield active
  • Slave I: Players can now see the Shield icon on Rebel vehicles when a Shield is active
  • AT-ST: T-47 Airspeeder kills with a missle while firing the primary cannons at the same time now properly awards a kill (previously registered as a suicide)
  • AT-AT: Fixed bug where the Orbital Strike ability would sometimes not have the aiming reticle move
  • T-47 Airspeeder: Players will no longer receive an out of bounds message on Graveyard of Giants during Turning Point when a control point is captured

Multiplayer Game Mode Changes

  • General: Pre-Round timer lowered from 30s to 20s
  • Walker Assault: Fixed Power-up spawns on SoroSuub Centroplex
  • Walker Assault: AT-AT health increased by 18% on Outpost Beta, 8% on Jundland Wastes, 20% on Forest of Endor, 4% on SoroSuub Centroplex, and 5% on Graveyard of Giants
  • Walker Assault: Spawning as an Imperial Hero after the AT-ATs just pass the second set of uplinks no longer despawns one of the AT-ATs
  • Walker Assault: The second AT-AT no longer bumps into the wreckage of the other on SoroSuub Centroplex when the first AT-AT is destroyed during the first Uplink
  • Droid Run: Correct Objective Notification is now displayed to all players if someone is killed while trying to claim the Droid
  • Droid Run: Improved spawn zones on Dune Sea Exchange
  • Supremacy: Fixed Power-up spawns on Jundland Wastes, Forest of Endor, and SoroSuub Centroplex
  • Supremacy: Improved spawn zones on Jundland Wastes, Outpost Beta, and Forest of Endor

  • Survival: Wave 10 on Sullust will now always spawn if the player / co-op team dies and restarts the round or if a player picks up a Collectible during the Wave 9 transition
  • Survival: Partner spawns on Sullust will no longer fail if the currently alive player is in a confined area
  • Survival: Co-Op players can now unlock the “Complete on Hard Difficulty without spending a life” if one player dies and then waits until the other player completes the wave so they get a free respawn

Hero changes

  • General: Heroes no longer get stuck in a stunned animation state
  • Princess Leia: Endor outfit updated – Congrats on completing the Lead the Rebellion challenge!
  • Princess Leia: Trooper Bane now only knocks back primary target, not nearby enemies
  • Luke Skywalker: Increased Saber Rush’s damage against other Heroes from 2% to 6-8%
  • Luke Skywalker: Lightsaber swing hit radius is reduced from 0.3 to 0.25m
  • Han Solo: Zooming in no longer sometimes displays a gun scope
  • Emperor Palpatine’s Shocktroopers: Modified primary weapon damage to match Leia’s Honor Guards’ primary weapon damage over time

Misc. Bug fixes

  • General: Lighting, textures, audio, user interface, text, and collision fixes
  • Controls: Legacy control schemes have had their layouts more clearly defined
  • Colorblind: Enemy players highlighted with Scan Pulse now have the correct Deuteranopia or Protanopia settings on Graveyard of Giants and Goazan Badlands
  • PC only: Fixed a bug where a player would lose functionality with an Xbox 360 controller after inviting a player to a Private Match and then starting the game
  • PC only: Air vehicle sensitivity lowered from 0.9 to 0.45 for easier mouse control
  • Achievements / Trophies: Updated text on “Impressive. Most Impressive.” and “Survivor” to clarify the requirements
  • Achievements / Trophies: “Playing the Objective” now properly awarded

Final Fantasy XIV – Square Enix dundrar ut uppdatering 3.2

Nu kan alla ladda ned uppdatering 3.2, även kallat för Gears of Change, till Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. Det massiva onlinerollspelet utökas med en hel drös av nyheter och patchen är förstås tillgänglig till samtliga format  – Playstation 4, PS3 och PC.

Uppdateringen är tyngre till PS4, 1555.18 megabytes, än till PC som väger in på 1352.43 megabytes, och vi får tillgång till nya ‘dungeons,’ en ny ‘raid,’ utökat storymaterial, ett läge som ger buffar för diverse ‘tank’-klasser, ett nytt PvP-läge och en mängd andra nyheter.

Och självklart återkommer också Hildibrand.

Driveclub uppdateras – mer avancerad styrning erbjuds och nya banor

Idag har Evolution Studios uppdaterat sitt Playstation 4-exklusiva Driveclub. Vi får allt från sex nya ‘Scotland – Old Town’-banor, möjlighet till mer avancerad styrning till förbättringar som tillkommit efter att studion fått ‘feedback’ från spelarna.

Uppdatering 1.26 väger 0,9 GB, och den totala storleken för alla Driveclub-uppdateringar är nu 13 GB. Ni ser nedan listan över alla detaljer som patchen erbjuder.

  • The newest track “Scotland – Old Town” is here, offering 6 track variants to play across all DRIVECLUB & DRIVECLUB BIKES game modes.
  • A new “Hardcore Handling” option is now available, turning off traction control, stability control & other assists. Enable this in Gameplay Settings for a more realistic driving experience.
  • Multiplayer Private lobbies have a new ‘Photo mode’ setting to help you choreograph photos and videos with friends. This disables ghosting, wrong way timers and automated reset to track scenarios.
  • Photo mode screen filters can now be enabled outside of photo mode, while you race.
  • Photo mode now offers extended Zoom and Exposure settings, plus all settings persist between photo captures during an event.
  • Replays have a new option to toggle player tags on and off at any time during the replay when you use the L1 Button.
  • The Dynamic Precipitation option has been improved to reduce the likelihood of persistent rain.
  • 10 new Elite Levels have been added (new cap is 35).
  • 10 new Driver Levels have been added (new cap is 95) with new livery rewards to unlock along the way.
  • 25 new Club Levels have been added (new cap is 85) with new livery rewards to unlock along the way.
  • The loading screen for DRIVECLUB and DRIVECLUB BIKES now show off 2 awesome new #PS4share community photos.
  • Fixed the ‘Weekend Warrior’ Trophy for DRIVECLUB BIKES. Ranking up the KTM 1290 Super Duke R to Bike Level 15 is now no longer a requirement.
  • Includes general improvements for game performance, stability and usability.

Nu kan du se längre i konsolversionen av Fallout 4

Fallout 4 har en magnifik design, men det finns ändå dem som klagat på de grafiska bitarna gällande Playstation 4- och Xbox One-versionerna. Med uppdatering 1.3 ska Bethesta emellertid ha förbättrat möjligheterna till hur långt spelarna kan se i spelet.

Bethesda har publicerat en kort video på Twitter som visar upp skillnaden mellan den ursprungliga koden och hur det ser ut efter att Fallout 4 uppdaterades.

Fallout 4-uppdatering 1.3 släpps till konsoler denna vecka

Bethesda Softworks har släppt Fallout 4-uppdateringen 1.3 till PC, och snart är det dags för Playstation 4- och Xbox One-versionerna.

Förutom att patchen ska stabiliserar och förbättrar upplevelsen, samt laga både gameplay-mässiga problem och buggar som berör olika uppdrag, så kommer spelarna få fler möjligheter gällande spelets basbyggande.

”Mycket gratismaterial till Driveclub i februari”

Evolution Studios må ha haft problem med lanseringen av sitt Driveclub, men de fortsätter att pumpa ut gratismaterial till sitt racingspel. I en post på Twitter skriver studion att nästa ”Driveclub-uppdatering kommer i februari och vi packar den med massor av material.” I samband med detta ger de oss också en kort teaser-video som ni kan se nedan.

Den har bra koll på bilbranschen (viket inte jag har, utan jag tackar Dualshockers för detta) ser att baksidan av fordonen som jagas tillhör Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R V-Spec II. Dessutom berättar Evolution Studios och Driveclub-chefen Paul Rustchynsky att videon visar upp ett av de nya filtren till fotoläget, och förklarar att intensiteten kommer att kunna ändras.

Ny info kring den kommande Driveclub-uppdateringen nästa vecka

Evolution Studios hade en otroligt knagglig inledning för sitt Driveclub när det släpptes i fjol, men sedan dess har en kopiös mängd med uppdateringar levererats med jämna mellanrum.

Precis som vanligt berättar spelregissören Paul Rustchynsky om de kommande uppdateringarna vi Twitter, och när han får frågan om vi kommer att få se en uppdatering under januari berättar utvecklaren att vi kommer att få veta mer om nästa DLC-släpp under nästa vecka.

Dessutom avslöjar Rustchynsky att de kommer att släppa fler motorcyklar till Driveclub-expansionen Bikes, och regissören berättar också att de är hoppfulla om att kunna implementera Fanatec-hjul i framtiden.
